Seems simple right? It's not and I'm not here to tell you it ever will be, but I can help you find some relief! If you skip the first meal of the day on your cycle, the combination of pain and an empty stomach will ruin your entire day (if not 3 of them), it is incredibly hard to force yourself to eat when you are feeling this way, but you must! Adding in as much protein, dark greens, fiber, fermented foods, and probiotics as you can physically stand will change your life. I've always eaten healthy, but I didn't always understand what foods my specific body would thrive on, and it turns out, a lot of the healthy food I was eating, wasn't doing a thing for these pesky hormone imbalances! Give them all a try for at least a month, I promise you won't regret it!
