My schedule and workouts are still all over the place at the moment. With solo Mum life and some other projects/personal stuff going on behind the scenes, i haven't been able to stick to a solid routine. And thats ok 🙏🏼 I also don't have any specific fitness 'goals' at the moment, So i love this type of session just to blow the dust off and keep my strength up. Important to do what you ENJOY 💙 . Perform the exercises in each superset back to back (8-12 reps each/side) then take 60-90 seconds rest. Repeat each superset 3 times before moving on to the next set 👍🏼 . Again it's a
