BBQ Meatballs-Gluten Free. This is hands down my most asked for recipe and dish to make. My mom has made these BBQ meatballs for Thanksgiving ever since I can remember. When I started hosting Thanksgiving I started making the recipe. Since then I have changed the recipe slightly. For Thanksgiving I use to make about 20lbs of meatballs, it's the first thing people go for. This is one of my husband's favorite recipes and I decided to surprise him with it for dinner. I asked what he wanted for a side veggie, he said apple pie! So for dinner he literally ate BBQ meatballs then apple pie, lol! Ingredients for Meatballs • 2lb ground beef • 1lb Ground pork • 3 large eggs • 3 slices Gluten Free Bread, I used mountain white bread from @canyonglutenfree • 2 tsp kosher salt • 1/2 tsp black
✨Authentic Italian meatballs✨
INGREDIENTS: • 2 slices bread • 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk • 1 large egg • 1 lb (450 gr) ground meat (beef or a mix of beef and pork) • 1/2 cup (60 gr) breadcrumbs • 1/4 cup (25 gr) Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped • 1 garlic clove, minced • salt and pepper, to taste • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 jar marinara sauce • DIRECTIONS: • Remove the crust from the bread, cut in pieces, place in a small bowl and soak in milk. Break the bread with a fork. • In a large bowl, add the egg and beat with a fork. Add the ground meat, soft bread squeezing out any excess milk if needed, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.Mix with a fork, or your hands (more easy) until well combined. • Scoop out some of the mix
