Right, so the Uber Boats by Thames Clippers are basically like a water bus that the local Londoners use to get into the city centre from areas outside of Zone 1 🤓

So they sail pretty fast, and there’s no information for tourists who might want to hear a bit about the places you sail past.

If you enjoy that kind of commentary, the (pricier) tourist boats are definitely the best. Especially if it doesn’t rain, as you can sit outside and on top of the deck.

But if you just want to experience London from the river Thames or you want to get out and experience an area like Greenwich (which I highly recommend), then the Uber Boats are both faster and cheaper 🙌

What would you prefer - the pricier touristy boats with commentary or the faster & cheaper Uber Boat? ✌️

Btw, send me a DM saying “London” or comment “ebook” here, and I’ll send you the link to my FREE London e-book where I share all my top London travel advice 🤝

there is one walk in london you just have to try
569K views · 7.1K reactions | You have to take this walk when you’re next visiting London🙌 The route from Little Venice to Camden Market is full of hidden wonders and is perfect for... | By Visit London | Here is one walk in London you just have to try. Little Venice to Camden Market. So, we start in Little Venice which is about five-minute walk along the canal from Paddington Station and we love London. We love the hustle and bustle but if you want a little bit of peace and quiet, this is the place to be. This walk is going to take you about 50 minutes. So, of course, it is not the shortest but when it's a sunny day and you can stop at Primrose Hill, Lord's Cricket Ground and these next two places, it's definitely worth it. So, this bridge here, you can actually cross to get into Regent Park and London Zoo. How cool? This close to the canal. Yes, this is the monkey walk at London Zoo that you can see right next to the canal. So, we're kind of coming towards the end of the walk now and we've walk past Regents Park London Zoo saw some monkeys and now this side of me is Primrose Hill. Beautiful spot. Just a little kayak down the canal. And the scenery continues as we head on to our final destination, Camden Market. But first, Camden Lock where you can get some unbelievable food and to fantastic goods. What a war to win. And what a place to finish. Save this video for your next trip to London.
a man holding a sign that says london travel mistke you must avoid avoiding it
226K views · 5.3K reactions | How NOT to start your London trip ❌ Getting from Gatwick Airport to Central London is fairly easy and contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t have to be super expensive 🤓 The Thameslink service can take as little as 29 minutes from Gatwick Airport to London Bridge and costs only £13.80 if you book in advance. The Southern service to Victoria Station costs £14 (if you book in advance), and this train takes 32 minutes, which is only 3 minutes slower than the Gatwick Express (which costs £20.50). So there’s no need to take the Gatwick Express, but buying your ticket online before arriving at Gatwick Airport is a must, in my opinion 🤝 Follow @destination_wellknown for more London & general travel content 🥰
