Chopped Salad 🥗 This reminded me so much of a Subway salad. It was delicious! RECIPE - Makes 3 cups • INGREDIENTS: • 2 cups lettuce • 1 or 2 slices of your favorite cheese • 2 slices of salami • 3 slices of sandwich pepperoni • 2 slices of Black Forest ham • 1 hard boiled egg • banana pepper rings • 2-3 slices of onion 4-5 cherry tomatoes STEPS: • 1. Lay all of the ingredients in a pile on a cutting board. • 2. Take a large knife and chop it all up as much as you desire. • 3. Place it in a bowl and add your favorite dressing. *I made a dressing similar to the dressing in my grinder salad. I used homemade mayo, a splash of red wine vinegar, a splash of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic paste. 😋 NUTRITION: entire salad | 5g net carbs | 7g total carbs | 2g fib

You can make this pretty easily the night before, and make 2 portions worth and your good to go for 2 lunches! Ingredients: • ✨High protein pasta (I used barilla protein + penne) 2-3 cups cooked • ✨1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes • ✨1/4 cup diced red onion • ✨1 cup arugula • ✨1/2 cup chopped cucumbers • ✨1/4 cup feta cheese ✨1/2 cup shredded chicken breast Dressing: • ✨2 tbsp EVOO • ✨1 tbsp white wine vinegar • ✨1/2 lemon • ✨salt ✨pepper Directions: • 1️⃣Bring water to a boil on the stove and add a few pinches of salt • 2️⃣add pas
