15min · 1 serving —INGREDIENTS— • 1/3 cup oat flour (30g) • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey) (15g) • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted) (10 ml) • 2 tbsp cacao powder (10g) • pinch salt • 1/8 tsp baking soda Filling: • Chocolate spread Chocolate Frosting: • 1 tbsp (6g) powdered sugar • 1/2 tbsp (3g) unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/2 tsp (2ml) milk Topping: • Sprinkles Mix all ingredients until making a dough. Knead dough with a rolling pin & cut in half. Add chocolate spread & cover with the remaining dough. Close edges with a fork. Bake at 175C for 15 min. Add chocolate frosting + sprinkles. 6.1K views · 87 reactions | your favorite protein bar has been real quiet since these dropped 👀 this is my go-to homemade protein bar recipe that i’ve been making for ~years~. truly a lifeline for me during finals season in college :’) i’ve always made these as bars but i can confirm, something about eating them as chocolate coated bites is WAY more satisfying. will only be eating protein bites for the foreseeable future. you’ll want to save this! 5-ingredient vegan peanut butter cookie dough protein bites - 1/2 cup creamy salted peanut butter - 1/3 cup maple syrup - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp oat flour - 1/4 cup +1 tbsp vanilla plant based protein powder - mix-ins: chopped chocolate � whisk the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth, then stir through the protein powder and flour until a cookie dough texture forms. you may need up to 1/2 cup of oat flour (you can also sub more protein powder if you’d prefer, but oat flour will give these more of a cookie texture). stir through chopped chocolate once you’re able to roll the dough out into bites. roll each one into a ball, then place each dough ball in into your silicone ice cube tray. freeze until set, about 20 min. you can enjoy as is, but since i’m chocolate obsessed i dunked mine in melted chocolate, then set back in the freezer to harden (again, about 20 min). my coating is usually a mixture of 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted with 1 tbsp peanut butter. makes these extra, EXTRA rich and indulgent with all high quality ingredients! #healthyfood #healthy #foodie #mealprep #chocolate #nobake #cookies #homemadeproteinbars #peanutbutter #mealprep #vegandessert #reels #proteinbars #highprotein #cookiedough #dessert #healthylife #glutenfree #healthymeals #mealinspo #homemade #5ingredientrecipe #nobakerecipe | Plantbased.green | INST · golden hour (Instrumental)
