But idk about all that so here I’m using my trusty @instantpotofficial for this recipe. If you don’t have an instant pot, you can make this on the stovetop just let it all come to a hard boil for 5 min, lower heat, and cover until cooked all the way. It might take close to 3-4 hours. From what I know (I don’t know everything) barbacoa is made with cow tongue, cheek, and head in many places but others use chuck. What you’ll need: - dry bay leaves - whole black pepper - whole allspice - whole cloves - salt - onion + garlic - dry Mexican oregano - cow tongue and cheek if possible (I like @rumbameats ) - chuck roast if you can find
