Chimichurri Recipe Below! @certifiedpiedmontese @spaceman_knives @queencreekolivemill @osmosalt @nuwave.now @hero @yocanred_eu @hexclad @kindersflavors Chimichurri Ingredients: 1/4 C Olive Oil 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 C Parsley 1/8 C Cilantro 1.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Green Jalapeño (pitted) 1 Red Jalapeño (pitted) 1/4 C Shallot Juice from 1/2 a Lime 1 Tsp Coarse Salt 1/2 Tsp Coarse- Ground Pepper 1 Tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano Start by chopping all of your fresh chimichurri ingredients and combining a bowl. Set aside in the fridge and prepare your hotdog. Grill to your liking and pile onto a bed of toasted provolone on your choice of bun. Top wit

Traditionally, this is cooked in a hole in the ground with banana leaves for hours. But idk about all that so here I’m using my trusty @instantpotofficial for this recipe. 
 
If you don’t have an instant pot, you can make this on the stovetop just let it all come to a hard boil for 5 min, lower heat, and cover until cooked all the way. It might take close to 3-4 hours. 

From what I know (I don’t know everything) barbacoa is made with cow tongue, cheek, and head in many places but others use chuck. 

What you’ll need: 
-  dry bay leaves 
- whole black pepper 
- whole allspice 
- whole cloves 
- salt
- onion + garlic 
- dry Mexican oregano
- cow tongue and cheek if possible (I like @rumbameats ) 
- chuck roast if you can find Cow Tongue, Mexican Oregano, Hole In The Ground, Dried Bay Leaves, Banana Leaves, Food O, Bay Leaves, Chuck Roast, Use Me
