Vincent Regan
Vincent Regan is the actor who plays King Simon on E!'s The Royals, (born 16 May 1965) is a British film and television actor, best known for his roles in historical/mythological epics such as 300, Troy and Clash of the Titans. Regan was born in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales, on 16 May 1965, the son of Irish immigrants.
