RECIPE 👉🏼

🌟INGREDIENTS 🌟:- 

◽300g whole wheat spaghetti or noodle of choice
◽1 head broccoli
◽1 cup edamame frozen
Sauce
◽½ cup chunky peanut butter
◽¼ cup soy sauce
◽1 tbsp korean chili flakes or 1 teaspoon chili flakes
◽1 tsp sriracha
◽2 tbsp rice vinegar
◽1 inch fresh ginger grated

INSTRUCTIONS ✨:- 

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add the noodles. Chop the head of broccoli and prepare the edamame. You will add both of these to the pot with the pasta two minutes before draining.
While the pasta cooks, make the spicy peanut sauce. Add the peanut butter soy sauce, chili flakes, sriracha, rice vinegar and ginger to bowl, and vigorously whisk until combined. Add up to 1/4 of warm water as needed to thin.
