You’ll need 
1 x can of tuna (in spring water) 
10g x 1/2 fat kewpie mayo 
10 mls x light soy sauce 
60g x rice (raw) 
40g x avocado 
2 x seaweed sheets 

- Cook the rice as directed
- Combined the tuna, mayo and soy sauce 
- Start assembling your sushi wraps, a layer of rice, layer of tuna, then avo and then top with another layer of rice. 
- Fold up your little triangles! (Store for up to 3 days in the fridge)

This recipe makes 2 triangles which is a serve

Mix drained tuna with mayonnaise. 3. Fill the mold halfway with rice, add a spoonful of tuna mix, then cover with more rice. 4. Press and shape using the mold. 5.
