Whilst this is a lower body workout you are also getting a tonne of core throughout these 4 exercises.   Cues  - TRX strap extra short  - Working leg foot placement on the Bosu, centre of the platform for the single leg exercises. - Constant tension in the straps  - Working time under tension  - Progression could be to try the single handle mode too 👀   Give this LEG DAY a whirl!
