There’s no better feeling than setting foot inside your home, sweet home after a long day. Beware, the king (or the queen) of the house is back! Imagine: there’s one lucky family that runs a whole kingdom of houses with a teeny-tiny nuance. The Brinks family owns 6 houses, each one only 160 square feet in size, that look as if Dad from Honey, I Shrunk the Kids had shrunk their home instead.

Teran Sands | Family Compound Living on Instagram: "Here’s what we did with the land for our family compound. My mom originally bought the land as one big piece of property. When we were all interested in moving to the land we decided which piece each of us wanted. This was after we reviewed the land and county restrictions and knew that each of us needed at least 2 acres to have a water well and septic system. We then had the property divided into three new pieces. Then we replatted and resurveyed the land. After that my mom deeded the land to each of us (we did pay her for our land) so we could move forward Building our homes. The mortgage process was easy with the land in our own names. This is just how we chose to do it! #familycompound" Family Village Plans, 2 Acre Homestead, Family Compound Ideas Layout, House Exterior And Interior, Compound Living, Small House Kits, Compound House, Homestead Property, Modern Gardening
