Diesel Sprinter Conversion with High Roof and Rhino Liner Paint Job 0013

Meet Baloo, our 4x4 Sprinter van conversion. We've converted her ourselves and we're now ready for you take a look around.

Rig Racks fabricated all the exterior accessories of this 2006 118" Sprinter for Photographer Chris Burkard. The roof rack we built has 2 Goal Zero Boulder 90s built-in flush with the mesh, we also did a wind deflector in the front with a 50" Rigid LED light bar inset within it. In the back we tucked in two 20" single row LED light bars as backup lights. We also fabricated the low profile side ladder and front tube bumper/brush guard.

The first generation of Sprinter 3500 came with small 15 inch wheels which look ridiculous. Installing bigger tires will improve the look of your van a lot.

Adding some windows in the rear doors of a Sprinter T1N will give you more light in the back in the van and better air circulation with sliding windows.
