my process: i made this print using cyanotype ink, which was developed in the sun upon placing a film negative over top. after the ink is fully developed, i run the photograph under cold water until the excess ink is fully rinsed. this is a process that can take up to an hour, and is entirely reliant on our shy little sun here in newfoundland. although her appearance is few and far in between, something that i love about my prints is knowing that each one was born on a sunny day :)
