Here’s why I love this so much: 

👉 In our modern world, we’re always sitting, a little hunched forward with head down and arms out in front of us. What this does to your “THORACIC SPINE” (your mid to upper back) is make it more and more hunched and rounded forward. 

But often, you’ll actually feel that pain in the low back, because your lumbar spine ends up compensating and taking the brunt of the force. This is why you might feel the urge to stretch your LOW BACK. 

(Stick with me here…) 

By releasing your thoracic spine, your low back can breathe a huge sigh of relief, and even your chest and shoulders feel much happier.
