I love how you can use a simple stencil to transform a design 🥰

As you can see I do my stencilling free hand - I find this is the best way for me and my cakes. 

A few tips on stencilling:
• I wait until my cake has set in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) and then I apply my stencilling.
• I use buttercream for the stencil.
• I apply the buttercream with a palette knife in small sections and then smooth over with a flexi smoother. 
• I wash my stencil after every single use - this is to avoid buttercream from the previous stencilling going on the new section. So every time the stencil is lifted off I go and clean it with COLD WATER. You don’t want that stencil being warm at all.
