Ingredients:
	⁃	1 whole fish (I used stripe bass)
	⁃	2-3 green scallion stalks
	⁃	1 inch knob ginger
	⁃	2-3 tbsp Neutral oil*
	⁃	2-4 tbsp Soy sauce*
*Adjust sauce according to how large your fish is. Simply follow 1:1 ratio.

1. Julienne ginger, scallion whites and scallion greens (Tip: you can use a fork to shred them too!). Run scallion greens in cold water to help them curl. 
2. On a plate, layer ginger and scallion whites on top of the whole fish. 
3. Set up your steaming vessel and prepare to steam the fish 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque. Drain out excess liquid.
