Vinyasa classes can often be thought of as being powerful, athletic & sweaty, which they absolutely can - I love a good power flow! However, vinyasa can be for anyone and everyone no matter your ability, desires and wants from a practice. If you don’t enjoy very dynamic practices then vinyasa is still for you.
