T-Table is a minimalist table created by Vancouver-based design brand EDITS. As a refined version of the modern panel leg table, T-Table is the embodiment of what EDITS stands for not only as a company, but their design philosophy as a whole. It questions the limits of reductionist minimalism, and challenges at what point an object contain so little design that it isn’t really a “design” at all.

Aluminium can be difficult to weld and screw. With that in mind a riveting/tenon technique was developed for the Rivet project. This was also a way to experiment with different variations of visual assembling. This eco-friendly extended c-shaped side table with cantilevering top is made of 3/16” recycled polished stainless steel or brass. Its top projecting surface, at sofa height, seems to cantilever out as if it were held down by screws. Because the table's organic curved form is metal, its reflective surfaces amplify light.
