Hi friends! Putting on a show can be a chaotic process. The stage management team helps keep the process running as smoothly as possible. One way they do this is by facilitating communication between production team members. This is done in part by sending out rehearsal reports to keep the team up to date and involved in how the show is progressing as well as including any questions they might have.
