These are without question the best noodles in the world. Sweet, spicy, salty, smooth and packed with flavour.

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch spring onions
6 cloves garlic
1 handful coriander
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 pinch sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Oil
Noodles

METHOD

Chop up 6 cloves of garlic into unfathomably small little bits then chop up a whole bunch of spring onions and a big handful of coriander.

Traditionally you make the noodles yourself but fuck that just get some long thick pasta like tagliatelle or whatever this is.

While that cooks, fry everything in a good splash of oil. Starting with your spring onion then the garlic. Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp crispy chilli oil (I used my @thewoolfskitchen Chilli Crunch)
2 tsp soy
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp water

For the noodles
1 portion cooked noodles, (I used cold soba noodles, but swap for any other noodle if preferred)
Spring onion, finely sliced 
Chilli, finely sliced 

METHOD
* Mix toge Chilli Oil Noodles, Crispy Chilli Oil, Cold Soba Noodles, Asian Pantry, Oil Noodles, Cold Soba, Chilli Oil, Soba Noodles, Spring Onion
