Not to mention, I don’t always have have enough fridge space for 8 loaves of sourdough. 🤣  That being said, I know bakers who cold ferment their dough 48-72 hours. So today, with the market coming up Saturday, I thought this would be a great time for one of my experiments!🪄 This could be a game changer for me for big bake days.
