Maison Francaise Custom Dollhouse

Finally, my first post of 2018! Are you ready for an awesome year? My first freestyle project this year(not commissioned) will be Maison Francaise. This will be my signature type of French style town house. With a plaster exterior, whites and greys throughout. Just like my previous house Under Paris Roofs. The theme this year was plant shop, cafe, craft room and book store - and I have to say I’m really happy with it! Honestly it’s been such a rollercoaster, but that was to be expected when I decided to do it with a Christmas deadline, and the highest possible standards. The part that makes me most happy about this is that I found that it was possible to transform a secondhand A frame dollhouse into something really unique and interesting. So you don’t need a family heirloom to get started! And it didn’t really cost that much to do it, because all the materials are simple craft supplies.
