1. Cut the back of the shrimp shell deeper and seasoning with cooking wine, salt and white pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Make the sauce: light soy sauce 1 tbsp, vinger 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tsp, black soy sauce 1/2 tsp, cornstarch 1 tbsp, water 100ml 

3. Coat the marinated shrimp in cornstarch and add a spoonful of oil to prevent sticking.

4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the cashews until they change color. Remove and set aside.

5. Fry the shrimps until it turns pink.

6. In the same pan, add dried chili peppers, green onino, and ginger. Fry until fragrant.

7. Add the sauce and cook until it thickens.

8. Return the fried shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated with the sauce.
