They are packed with greens, contain magnesium  healthy fats &  ingredients that support your gut, liver and hormones. When I shared the recipe I made last week to prevent waste after juicing many of you said you wanted to make the green crackers but didn’t juice so I created these for you, straight from a bag of greens  These have a whole bag of greens in them. I’ve used a bag of watercress here but you can use any greens that you like   You just blend up a 80g bag of greens with 1/2 a cup of water and add 4 tablespoons chia seeds to it. Let it soak up the water and then add 1.5 cups of any additional seeds and then herbs and spices you like. I use 1 cup mix Essen, Seeded Crackers, Seed Crackers Recipe, Healthy Crackers, Homemade Crackers, Cup Of Water, Appetizer Bites, Cracker Recipes, Healthy Drinks Recipes

👉INGREDIENTS
100g (3/4 cup) of Sunflower seeds
40g (1/4 cup) of Pumpkin seeds
50g (1/4 cup) of Sesame seeds
30g (1/4 cup) of Flaxseeds
25g (1/4 cup) of Chia
Salt
Paprika
Dry oregano
170ml (3/4 cup) of Water

👉METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds, chia, salt, paprika, and dry oregano and mix. Finally, add the water and mix. Set aside for 20 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed mix again and pour the mixture on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange evenly.
3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
