👉INGREDIENTS
100g (3/4 cup) of Sunflower seeds
40g (1/4 cup) of Pumpkin seeds
50g (1/4 cup) of Sesame seeds
30g (1/4 cup) of Flaxseeds
25g (1/4 cup) of Chia
Salt
Paprika
Dry oregano
170ml (3/4 cup) of Water

👉METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flaxseeds, chia, salt, paprika, and dry oregano and mix. Finally, add the water and mix. Set aside for 20 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed mix again and pour the mixture on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange evenly.
3. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

When I shared the recipe I made last week to prevent waste after juicing many of you said you wanted to make the green crackers but didn’t juice so I created these for you, straight from a bag of greens  These have a whole bag of greens in them. I’ve used a bag of watercress here but you can use any greens that you like   You just blend up a 80g bag of greens with 1/2 a cup of water and add 4 tablespoons chia seeds to it. Let it soak up the water and then add 1.5 cups of any additional seeds and then herbs and spices you like. Ingredients 1 cup flaxseeds 1 cup boiling water salt 2 cups mixed seeds, such as pistachios (tree nuts are especially nutritious!), or pumpkin, sunflower, etc.  ~4 tbsp EVOO   Heat oven to 400F. In a bowl, add flaxseeds, boiling water, and salt. Mix to egg white-like consistency. Add 2 cups of assorted seeds. Add a touch of salt as needed.  Lightly grease a half sheet pan with oil. Line with parchment paper. Add oil on top of paper to coat the whole pan (use brush to spread).  Add seed mixture evenly on the pan, with an even layer. Using a pastry brush, add the remaining oil on top of the seed cracker mixture. Let it sit for 15 minutes.  After this time the flaxseed will become gloopy, which is exactly what we want👌🏼  In the same bowl add the rest of the seeds and the salt. Mix well.
