Tips: 
✅ Stance Matters: Start with a wide stance, toes pointing outwards at about 45-degree angles.

✅ Keep It Vertical: Unlike traditional squats, don’t push your hips back. Keep your torso as upright as possible.

✅ Drop Low: Lower your body by bending your knees, keeping them aligned with your toes. Aim to get your thighs parallel to the ground.

✅ Power Up: Engage your glutes and core as you push through your heels to return to the starting position.

My workouts are always planned out 4 weeks at a time. BUT my algorithm brought me @officiallysunnyb doing these and it looked 💣 so I tried it at the end of my planned glute focused leg day. 
 
DB, plate, Long resistance band..all were 🔥 so in the gym or at home everyone can win with this move. As with all exercises if you want to see continuous growth from this move progressively add reps or up the weight you use.

Seated sumo squat : 12 reps  Super set w/ laying down DB hamstring curls : 12reps / 3-4 sets    Split lunge on risers : 10 reps each leg / 3-4 sets  *using the 50lb barbell.  Leg press : 10 reps, hold for 10sec and go 10 more reps and then hold for another 10sec. KILLER! **I use only one plate when doing this exercise.  Super set w/ DB dead lifts : 10-12 reps / 3-4 sets  Laying down hamstring curls : 12-15 reps / 3-4 sets *go as heavy as you can without breaking form on machine.   Lastly, one legged hip thrust : 10reps each leg / 3-4 sets   It’s a sweaty one!
