This recipe combines pierogies with crispy fried Polish Kielbasa sausage, sautéed onions and tangy sauerkraut, all baked with cheese. It’s over the top, but a little indulgent! Makes a great quick and easy homemade dinner that everyone will love. All the ingredient in this casserole cook together in one pot! Great with fresh or frozen pierogies. You can make it on your stovetop and oven or in an Instant Pot (pressure cooker).
