Here's a very simple idea for a salty breakfast to fill up with proteins and good fats as soon as you wake up, or express meals or takeaway 😉

FOR 1 SANDWICH :

* 1 whole wheat wrap @prozis

*fresh cheese, dill and salad

*smoked salmon

 * 1/2 avocat 

*1 egg or 2 scrambled eggs

 * sel, poivre 

* lemon juice and olive oil

1) Cut the wrap in the middle from bottom to center using scissors.

2) On each quarter drop a filling: fresh cheese, dill and salad, then smoked salmon, then 1/2 sliced avocado, and scrambled eggs. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil

3) Fold from bottom to top, clockwise. Perfect folding 👍
