Tumbl Trak on Instagram: "5 Round-off Drills ⬇️  #1 Start with a cartwheel step-in onto the Rebound Mat. Going uphill helps the athletes work on a stronger lunge and needle kick.  #2 Next, do a round-off onto the Rebound Mat. Remind athletes to turn their round off over as they snap their feet down.  #3 Try a round-off with the second hand up on the Rebound Mat. This helps athletes feel the push off that hand as it leaves the mat.  #4 Starting with one foot on the Rebound Mat, lunge and kick into a round-off over the mat that lands on the other side.  #5 When ready, add a back handspring at the end of the round-off. Tumbling off the Rebound Mat helps athletes snap their feet in front, creating the ideal shape for a strong back handspring!"
