Rose pillow

Hi All, I have been looking high and low thru all forums, publications, etc for instructions for a ROSE shaped pillow made of velvet that I made at least 7 years ago. It was mainly a long triangle of velvet, coiled and hand stitched. Does anyone recall where I might find these instructions? Thanks so much, Susan Day, Springfield, IL
