Our main character, Midnight, is a beautiful black and white feathered Rito. However, she has an inability to fly due to a Moblin encounter when she was just 8 years old. Follow her story as she struggles with the need to be accepted, grow older, prove herself, find love, and help in the fight against the calamity. (This takes place a few years before the calamity)

Rito Village is wrapped around a large center rock formation, its caverns carved by the wind and its tree house-like buildings inspired by the people who live there.
