Allison Lowery is a wig maker, makeup artist, textbook author and teacher. She is the author of Historical Wig Styling: Volumes 1 and 2, coming out in February 2013. She is also the co-author of Wig Making and Styling: A Complete Guide for Theatre and Film. She makes theatrical wigs all over Austin and she especially loves working on over the top photo shoots. She also loves roller derby, her cat, crazy hats, Doctor Who, the Muppets, Tim Gunn, So You Think You Can Dance, and trolls.
