Recipe below - makes 3 bagels  

Ingredients 
- 1 Senza Gluten Free Dough Ball 
- Rice Flour for dusting 
For the poaching water 
- 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 
- 2 teaspoons baking soda 
- 1/2 tablespoon salt 
For the topping
- 1 Egg white 
- Everything bagel seasoning 

Method 
Step 1
Roll out dough ball and divide into 3 even balls, poke a hole in the centre to create the bagel shape.
Step 2. 
Preheat oven to 200 degrees 
Step 3.
Bring water to the boil, add maple syrup, baking soda and salt. 
Step 4. 
Place dough into boiling water and allow to cook for 45 seconds on each side
Step 5. 
Place bagels onto a lined baking tray, brush with egg wash then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top 
Step 6.
