2 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice + 2 cups water for cooking
- 1 lb chicken thigh, diced
- 1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon hondashi
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- Pinch of sugar
- 2-3 eggs
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnishing

Instructions:
1. Wash your rice, and add to your rice cooker with water.
