Rhubarb cordial

Simple and easy recipe for rhubarb cordial.

Sweet and tangy rhubarb cordial or concentrate (rabarbrasaft) is nostalgia and late spring/summertime all rolled into one. Here, I add in lemon and vanilla.

Refreshing Rose & Lavender Rhubarb Cordial or tangy Bay & Star Anise Rhubarb Cordial. Mix with sparkling water for delicious summer drinks.
