✅A prescription Retinoid like tretinoin or an otc Retinol at 🌙 bedtime to the entire face to help fight fine lines and wrinkles

✅Resistance training💪: incorporate into your weekly routine at least twice a week as there is evidence that weight training can help increase dermal thickness (more so than aerobic training). 

✅Sleep: get 7-8hrs of sleep and rest well with a silk pillowcase if you’re a side sleeper. Bonus tip: never smoke tobacco as this causes irreversible damage to our collagen! 💨
