We kept coming back to the idea of having an intimate wedding in the city that meant so much to our story. We both lived in Brooklyn for about 11 years (and throughout our entire relationship), until a new job offer brought us to Oakland, CA in May 2021. We basically moved cross-country and then had two months to plan a wedding that was going to be back in NY!"

Tedi and Beau wanted to incorporate elegance and bright colours with a Southern California vibe for their backyard wedding. "We thought it would ideal to have it by a lake and large enough meadow to have all our guests arrive. We wanted the wedding to be 100% outside. We also wanted our friends and family to have the best experience and time in Pasadena."
