This was taken during the lobbying for the STMUN conference. I was trying to take pictures of my group, and the delegate of the U.S. was there. I tried taking a picture of him, but he put his hand up, trying to block the lens. I had a big aperture with small f, so the background is blurred. Only his hand is clear. The camera is slightly angled up because I was sitting. It is as if his hands are reaching out. I learned that cool effects and angles can be discovered from accidents.
