Sanjana Modha on Instagram: "Perfect Rava Dosa — Splash the batter on to a searing hot pan to create this beautiful lacy goodness.  💧This style of dosa is made with a flowing batter of semolina, yoghurt, herbs and spices. I like them HOT so use both green chilli and black pepper. You can adjust it according to your own preferences.  Unlike other traditional styles of South Indian dosa, these don’t require fermentation which means you can get them on the table quickly.
