Ingredients -
2 cups ragi
1/4 cup white urad dal
2 tbsp chana dal
1 tsp fenugreek seeds 
Water, as required 
2-3 tbsp sooji/rava (optional)
Salt, to taste 

Instructions -
Add ragi, white urad dal, chana dal and methi seeds in a bowl. Rinse with water 3-4 times and then soak in enough water for 6-8 hours.
Once done , grind it and make a smooth batter. Move it vigorously with your hands and then let it ferment overnight. Add salt, sooji (optional) and mix well.
