The day has finally arrived! Today marks my year of working out! Although it seems like it flew by, it has been a long, tough but fulfilling journey. Looking at pictures from a year ago and comparing them to how I look now, I can definitely see a big difference. I cut out a lot of sugar intake, mostly pop, from my diet and I've eaten more home cooked meals rather than eating out.
