All those quick fix diets (21 day fix, cabbage soup diet, HCG diet, etc 🤦🏼♀️) diet pills and cleanses are all a waste of time and money. If you truly want lasting results, you need to #1. Get your diet in check and #2. Workout #3. Be consistent - stick with it for at least 90 days. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is👍🏼
