For me, meal prep is the key to setting my day and week up for success. However, I don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen, I don’t want a huge mess to clean up, and long ingredients lists give me the ick! We are keeping it simple around here with 15 minute meal preps that you can actually enjoy eating and start reaching your goals!  ingredients per bowl: 4oz chicken breast (raw) 1 tsp ranch seasoning ¼ cup banana peppers 25g cheese (I used pepper jack)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray each Pyrex bowl with cooking spray. Add chicken and seasonings. Toss well. Layer banana peppers and cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
