This vibrant Purple-Ginger Antioxidant Juice is amazing. Wondering what would happen, I juiced a head of purple cabbage that had been in my fridge a while. The result was a tad sweet, a little radish-y/cabbage-y, and completely gorgeous. Then I added more depth of flavor with ginger & lime juice. I wanted to name this The Jim Jones, but that's probably too dark & twisty. Also, it doesn't taste like death, at all. The bright purple color is stunning, no matter what you call it.
