Bring the pup into your dog’s space; that way your older dog will feel like it’s still his/her home. Or if you have a neutral area like a front yard, that works too!  2. Bring something (a blanket, toy, etc.) that smells like your dog at home when you pick them up so they can familiarize the scent   3. Once they meet, make sure to give your dog one on one time with you and anytime the new pup gets a treat, give your older dog one too. That way he won’t feel left out.   4.
