While a sassy hand on hip or throwing up a peace sign may have worked in the past, it doesn’t necessarily hold up for “grown up” situations where you have to pose more formally.

This pose works great for almost any occasion, including group poses where it isn’t appropriate to touch the other person.

Here’s what you’re going to do….

THE LEGS
✅ Step 1: Pivot your feet so you’re standing at a slight angle.
✅ Step 2: Raise the heel closest to the camera.

THE ARMS
➡️ Step 1: Roll back shoulders and keep arms and hands relaxed.
➡️ Step 2: Rest your hands at the top of your upper legs.
