People who hurts us

When I look back over a lifetime, it seems that is how I’ve learned best. Isn’t it the people who hurt us, that teach us the hardest lessons?

I WILL not put up with those who think they are better than me, mistreat me, slander or pass gossip about me. Times have changed. I will cut off ties with those who are toxic to my wellbeing and I have the right to my feelings and will defend myself and my family against anyone who hurts us. Don’t like the consequences? Then don’t mistreat people.
