The Hanging Stag is a great beginner stunt to have because you can use it by itself or combine it with a Double Thigh Stand (see video below). Tips: Make sure the Flyer keeps her arms tight in the "T" motion. Make sure the Bases keep their arms in a High Touchdown motion.
