Basketball pinata. Punch balloon for a rounder shape. Paper mache mixture was flour mixed with a bit of cornstarch consistency of gravy or a bit thinner. Cut news paper into 5 inch-ish inch long strips. Put down first layer laying in one direction. Let dry about 10 min. Then lay second layer laying in opposite direction of previous layer. I put 10 layers on. Let dry on a butter bowl . Rotate often to keep roundness.
